Welmatic 1000 Connector Welding Machine

The machine is equipped with one operating head, carrying a couple of welding jaws, hydraulically closed with a straight horizontal movement.

Welding is carried out by means of a high current pulse, whose intensity is previously set and is automatically controlled.

It is possible to pre-set independently all the main welding parameters: power, squeeze time, holding time, and duration of the current. The compression force of the jaws is continuously monitored.

The operating cycle and all the work movements are controlled by a plc system, programmable on the "touch screen".

The axis-control system is able to memorize the coordinates of up to 99 batteries: when different types of batteries have to be produced, it is only necessary to enter the code number of the battery without inserting the whole program again.
